ACK Pulse solenoid valve
Composed by electromagnetic actuator AC (quick-open-quick-close type,quick open<1 second and quick close<1 second) and butterfly valve K, the pulse electromagnetic valve ACK is used for combustion supporting for burner nozzle or pulse control of gas. With low leak bread flange and high flow and double-clip mounted, it is applicable for control of cold, hot and smoke (450?as the highest)combustion supporting blast, to realize the high/low pulse combustion. There is a rectifier for safety protection of electromagnetic head.The voltage will be rectified before putting on the coil, to keep the electromagnetic butterfly valve work more stable and safer.Please note that the electromagnetic head and the butterfly valve can be installed horizontally or vertically. The electromagnetic head can not be installed downward.

Installation and Debugging

The min flow (valve closed) is preset before the product is sent out of the factory and the valve can be open to 90 degree at most.In order to meet the real demand or to adjust the flow freely, please use proper inner hexagon spanner or to realize the adjustment of low flow by bypass pipe

Maintenance

There are kinds of impurities in the air, so please check and clean the valve plate regularly.

or install a filter before the valve.

Please protect it from severe shake or rain during delivery.Handled with care during delivery and stored flatly in a clean, dry and ventilated place without any corrosive chemical to prevent the electromagnetic head from corrosion. in case of replacement of electromagnetic head, please shut down the power supply and gas source and replace the electromagnetic head correctly.
