Q：What’s the import tips for install burner and operation burner

A: Before debugging, carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner for newly installed furnace bodies; Check whether the detector on the gas supply pipeline is normal and whether the pipeline valve is open and closed normally, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance.For newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and sealing of all pipelines should be carefully checked.

C.Users using a separate gasification station must ensure that the gas supply volume and parameters meet the requirements for safe combustion.
D.Before each startup, check if the gas valve is open, otherwise the burner will not work.
E.Start the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace will start working. At this time, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will automatically protect it from entering the next step of operation.
F. Start the power control button on the control cabinet, and the digital display will display the current temperature inside the furnace. The newly installed furnace body will have this temperature as the ambient temperature.
G. When there are no abnormal phenomena in the operation of the combustion fan, start the combustion control button again. At this time, the combustion program controller will start working. It uses certain programs to ignite, supply air, detect flames, and ultimately achieve safe combustion.
H. When the combustion controller fails to receive signals that are not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, or circuit problems), the combustion controller immediately turns off the gas and sends an alarm signal.
