The burner bellows is a connecting element installed between the burner and the gas supply pipeline (such as a gas pipeline or an air supply pipeline). Its primary function is to ensure a seal, allowing the gas or combustion-supporting air to be conveyed to the burner without leakage, especially when subjected to displacement and vibration. This is crucial for safe operation, particularly with gas media.
Key selection considerations:
1. Working medium: gas type (natural gas, coke oven gas, liquefied gas, etc.), combustion air (whether it contains corrosive components).
2. Maximum working temperature and ambient temperature: this is the key to material and structure selection.
3. Working pressure includes design pressure and possible pressure fluctuations.
5. The length and diameter of the bellows installed in space should meet the requirements of the installation position.
6. Connection mode: matching with burner interface and pipeline interface.
