operational principle

When natural gas is burned, the flame emits ultraviolet light in specific bands (mainly in the UV-C band of 185 to 260 nm). The UV monitor works through the following steps:

1. UV detection: Built-in UV phototube or UV sensor to detect the flame radiation of ultraviolet.

2. Signal conversion: Convert the UV optical signal into an electrical signal and enlarge it.

3. Logical judgment: If the signal strength reaches the set threshold, determine the flame presence; otherwise, trigger the safety protection.
