AMR series is the normally shut quick-opening-and-shutting fuel gas safety solenoid valve. Without stimulation of electricity and under the effect of spring,airflow channel maintains a closed state. When the coil is electrified, the valve quickly opens. When the power is gone, the valve is quickly shut.
AMR series is applicable to weaning of fuel gas and air, adjustment and control in cases including fuel gas burner, atmosphere furnace,industrial combustion furnace and all fuel gas utilities utilizing fuel gas solenoid valve. lts applicable medium include natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, artificial gas, air and other non-corrosive gas.

Notes for installation and maintenance
To ensure the normal and safe operation of the valve and a long service life, consider the following suggestions during the design of the combustion system:
Ensure that all functions of the system meet the valve specifications (gas type, working pressure, flow rate, ambient temperature, voltage, etc.). The valve can be mounted in a horizontal or vertical coil rather than inverted. The coil can be oriented to 360 degrees in any direction.
In the case of vertical piping, the flow direction should be from the bottom to the top.
After removing the end cover, ensure that no foreign material enters the valve (e. g. chips or excessive sealant) during handling or installation.
Gas filters shall always be installed upstream of the valve.
Ensure that the installation area is protected from rain water and water splashes or drops.
Leak and functional tests are performed after installation (maximum test pressure is 1.5 Pmax).
Continuous work inevitably leads to heating of the coil, depending on the working environment.
Do not install valves close to the wall or other equipment. The valve must be installed in an environment where the air flows freely.
There must be a 5 second interval between closing and re-opening the valve to ensure the board reset.
For corrosive gases, they must be maintained at least once per year.
Due to aging seals, we recommend that the valve must be replaced within 10 years.
Ensure that all work is performed only by qualified technicians and in compliance with local and national regulations.
