    Slow opening function adjusts factory setting: maximum flow, slow opening of valve port (empty stroke closed), opening time of valve port after power on is 6 seconds.

    Features: the open time is adjustable, and the flow rate is adjustable

    Operation and installation: normally closed type, power on quickly open, after the green light, power off, the first use can adjust the factory set mode state, adjust the opening time and adjust the back end output flow size, and open fast or slow open section within the travel range. Both sides of the valve body are equipped with bypass holes of G1 / 4 ".

    Notes for the installation and use of the gas solenoid valve:

    1,The installation should choose the horizontal pipe section with small vibration, DN50 allowed below 90 degrees above DN65 only allowed horizontal installation.

    2. The parameters on the solenoid valve nameplate should comply with the actual use requirements

    3. The arrow on the solenoid valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.

    4. In order to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve, please install a special gas filter in front of the valve.

    5, the valve itself does not have explosion-proof performance

    6. Before installation, please thoroughly purge the pipe to avoid the failure of the solenoid valve caused by foreign body diaphragm

    7, such as installed in the outdoor and harsh environment should do the corresponding effective protection

    8, when the solenoid valve failure, in order to timely isolation and facilitate repair, it is recommended to install a bypass and pass device

    9. If the valve starts and closes failure during use, check whether the coil is powered off; whether the power supply and medium pressure is normal

    10. When the solenoid valve is not installed, it can be stored in the ambient temperature 0-40℃, relative humidity <80% no corrosive gas indoor, not allowed open storage.

Please refer to the following steps for additional setting:

1. Release the two screws of the plastic lid (Graph 1), remove the lid and see three function adjustment bs (Graph 2).

2. Flow adjustment (Graph 3): the maximum flow rate can be set by the flat adjustment nuts

Adjustment range: 0-100% (recommended> 50%)

Factory setting: 100% (maximum flow), factory has been adjusted to the top position

Adjustment method: put the wrench on the adjusting hexagon nut,

(1) Turn the wrench counterclockwise to increase the flow rate;

(2) Turn the wrench clockwise to reduce the flow rate;

(3)  The initial fast opening stroke setting (Graph 4): When the solenoid valve is activated, allow a preset small flow rate to be quickly opened, which can be used for ignition. Adjustment range: 0-100% (recommended <50%).

Factory setting: close, the knob has been adjusted to the lower limit adjustment method; put the screwdriver in the groove of the adjustment screw in the center of the valve.

(1) Rotate the screwdriver counterclockwise to increase the fast opening stroke;

(2) Rotate clockwise to reduce the fast opening stroke;

(3) Slow opening time adjustment (Graph 5): the knob can set the slow opening of the valve opening from the knob: 0-30 seconds factory setting: 6 seconds.

Adjustment method:

Place the screwdriver in the slot of the adjustment screw

(1) Rotate the screwdriver counterclockwise to increase the opening speed until fully open;

(2) Rotate the screwdriver clockwise to reduce the opening speed (recommended within 1 / 4 laps).
