AMR35 Fast open solenoid valve is a direct solenoid valve. When power is on, the solenoid generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing part from the valve seat. When power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses the closing part on the valve seat and the valve is closed.
The solenoid valve is suitable for city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other gas for heating combustion medium pipeline to do two-bit type on and off power exchange, automatic temperature control. Notes for installation and maintenance
To ensure the normal and safe operation of the valve and a long service life, consider the following suggestions during the design of the combustion system:
1. Ensure that all the functions of the system meet the specifications of the valve (gas type, working pressure, flow rate, ambient temperature, voltage, etc.).
2, the valve can be installed in the horizontal or vertical position of the coil, rather than inverted. Line can be directed at 360 degrees in any direction.
3, In the case of a vertical pipe, the flow direction should be from the bottom to the top.
4. After removing the end cover, ensure that no foreign matter enters the valve (e. g. dandruff or excessive sealant) during handling or installation.
5. Gas filters shall always be installed upstream of the valve.
6. Ensure that the installation area is protected from rain and water splashing or falling.
7. Conduct leakage and functional tests after installation (maximum test pressure is 1.5 Pmax).
8. Continuous work will inevitably lead to coil heating, and the specific fever situation depends on the working environment.
9. Do not install valves near the wall or other equipment. The valve must be installed in an environment where the air flows freely.
10. There must be a time interval of 5 seconds between closing and re-opening the valve to ensure the circuit board reset.
11. For corrosive gases, maintenance must be carried out at least once a year.
12. Due to the aging of the seals, to ensure safety, we suggest that the valve must be replaced within 10 years.
13. Ensure that all work is performed only by qualified technical personnel and in compliance with local authorities and regulations.
